ASSUN High Speed DC Servo Motor

Assun Servo Motors are compact designed (diameter from 20mm), high power density (rated torque 10mNm to 300mNm), high rated speed (10,000-12,000 rpm). The motor is integrated with Position Servo Driver and Incremental Encoder. Benefited from slotless winding structure, the servo motor has no cogging torque and extremely smooth operation. The fast dynamic response and high speed character make it suitable for automation equipment like laser/optical appliances and precision glue dispensers.

ASSUN DC Servo Controller

There are three types of Assun Servo Controller, all could achieve precision Position/Torque/Speed control, difference are in communication protocol. As the controller dimension is very compact, so there are three models with different outlets supporting different communication protocols.

There are traditional pulse/analogue control type, CAN Bus and RS485/422 type, and Ether CAT type. Controllers could be used in multiple industrial automation area for precision motion control. New φ28mm Graphite Brush Motor

The latest developed graphite brush coreless motor is φ28mm, and length 47mm. In such compact dimension, the motor could deliver max power up to 140W, and achieve lifetime under rated continuous operation for more than 4000 hours.

Voltage range from 12V to 60V, the new AM-CL2847GAE series motors deliver speed around 10,000 RPM, widely fit for multiple automation, robotic, medical and aerospace applications.
